Description: In the green Umbria and not far away from the main towns, close to the Tuscany border, you will be able to find the country house "Il Castellaro" , true paradise for nature lovers. It is situated on the top of a wooded and panoramic hill. Here you will be able to pass a relaxing holiday and in the meantime you will have the opportunity to visit the most fascinating towns of Umbria and of the South of Tuscany. The country house is composed by a little "villa" that can be occupied by one family only, to your exclusive disposition. It is completely restructured and it is surrounded by a park of 4 ha with a hedge. You can reach the house passing through an automated gate, crossing a path that leads just in front of the little "villa".The park is composed by a variety of characteristic vegetation: oaks, pines, cypresses and many fruit-trees.Although the true pearl is represented by a small, private lake inside the park where you will be able to admire Egyptian geese, germaniums, swans, and if you are a skilful fisherman you will be able to cheer your meals with the fish of the place.

Hospitality: The house is composed by a ground floor, where you will find the kitchen, a wide room with a fireplace and a closed veranda, with big windows and another confortable kitchen that will allow you to eat there tasting beyond your meal also the agreeable view on the mount Cetona and the valley that extends to its feet.Trough the inner stairs you can reach the first floor, where you will find three rooms, two bathrooms and a "veranda" studio.The house is equipped of lighting system on the path and satellite television.
Outside there is also a wide table (16-18 people) with benches, below age-old trees, and a grill.
If you love nature and country life, you will not be able to find a better place.
