Possibility of overnight accommodation and agritouristic stay. Rooms in a XVII century country house, recently restored, are available. 
Rooms are furnished in very good taste and contain everything necessary for a self-catering holiday. 
The building has maintained a strong rustic characteristic even though during restoration new bathrooms and kitchen have been built. 
Typical of the farmhouses of this area is a sense of proportion and balance we find again in the spacious rooms with brickwork floors and wooden-beam ceilings. 
The farmhouse "San Biagio" is an ideal place for people who like nature and who prefer uncrowded places and wish to rest and to learn something about country life. 
It is possible to taste genuine products, to practice growing small crops, to find out about antique tools and their uses as well as old country recipes. 
The property is completely fenced and it is situated in a very peaceful place.

Breeding and sale of horses and colts  

Breeding and sale of horses and colts of pure-bred "Paint". The two-coloured dappled coat is the most salient characteristic of this breed. 
The coat is made of areas clearly defined by white and blackish, bay and dark bay. 
Paint pure-bred horses, once represented one of the traditional mounts of Indian and West American cow-boys, nowadays they are preferred by a great number of people keen on riding.
For the reason given above we offer, to people who like and respect horses, the possibility of making excursions and touristic rides along "Chiuso" (or Chiucio) that is the picturesque hill area rich in vineyards and fields situated between Cortona and Montepulciano.

Where we are located and how to reach us The farmhouse "San Biagio" is located in Central Italy, half way between Rome and Florence, a few kilometres from the "Valdichiana" exit on the A1 Milan-Naples motorway (Autosole), a few minutes from the connexion of the Siena-Perugia motorway. 
The following sites are in the neighbourhood: the picturesque Farneta's Abbey, Cortona, Manzano's thermal baths, Foiano and art cities such as Montepulciano, Chiusi, Arezzo and Perugia. 
We are about three quarters of an hour' s drive away from Montalcino, Chianti, Siena, Orvieto, San Gimignano, an hour's drive from Florence, Viterbo, Assisi and less than two hour's drive from Rome. 

By train: railway-line Milan-Rome: Terontola-Cortona, or Cortona-Camucia. 
In car: "Autostrada del Sole" Milan-Rome A1 (E35) exit at Valdichiana. See the indications for loc. "Chianacce" and subsequently for "Tenuta Poggio Fasciano".
By plane: The nearest aireports are Florence (120 km), Pisa (190 km) Rome (220) km.
